Midweight Designer - Brand & Packaging
We're on the hunt for a Midweight Designer to join the fight at Black Eye Project in Sheffield.
We're a small independent agency working across branding, packaging, advertising and digital - and we're looking for someone with great ideas, sharp instincts, and a genuine love of making good work.
Packaging is a big part of what we do, so solid packaging experience is a must. But this role won't keep you in one corner, you'll work across everything from building new brands and packaging from scratch to shaping ad campaigns, digital content and existing identities.
This is a creative role through and through. We want someone comfortable taking a brief, exploring it properly, and coming out the other side with ideas and visual routes that land a punch 🥊
You'll have professional agency experience and a portfolio that shows:
- Brand identity and packaging design
- Strong typography and layout
- Conceptual thinking and idea generation
- Confidence taking projects from first spark to finished work
- A solid understanding of print and packaging production
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills

Based at our Sheffield studio (The Paint Factory), with WFH days available.

Salary: up to £40k depending on experience.
