Part time (18 hours per week) working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break

What we are looking for

* At least 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment

* At least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Care environment

* Experience of working with young people and/or adults

* Possess first class customer service skills.

Duties/responsibilities:

* Provide course information to personal and telephone enquirers, help the enquirers to identify the appropriate course for them and encourage them to apply, if appropriate.

* Support individual applicants throughout the admission process and act as a representative of the College to ensure successful entry to the College.

* Support the recruitment process via online systems and email.

* Create and maintain applicant records on MIS and be responsible for the accuracy of student admissions data.

* Support the CEIAG Team for school liaison and outreach activities.

* Play an active part in giving information and advice at College open events.

* Help at occasional out-pf-hours events such as open evenings and interviews
