Corporate M&A / PE – Professional Support Lawyer (London)
A reputable US law firm is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer / diversifying fee-earner to join its Corporate M&A / PE team in London. This is a strategic role, central to supporting one of the market’s most active and high-profile M&A & PE practices.
The Role
As part of the Corporate M&A / PE group, you’ll:
- Shape and deliver a knowledge and training strategy for the team
- Draft and maintain precedents, practice notes, and “how to” guides
- Keep lawyers up to date on the latest legal and market developments
- Act as a trusted adviser on complex corporate law and transactional queries
- Collaborate with colleagues across research, innovation, and business development to integrate knowledge tools into practice workflows
- Support client-facing initiatives, including training, alerts, and thought leadership
About You
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate/M&A, PE ideally from a leading City or international firm
- Strong grasp of Corporate law and market practice
- Demonstrable interest in knowledge, innovation, and training
- Excellent drafting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
