Vehicle Technician Responisbilities: 

Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to ensure first-time fixes where possible.
Following warranty procedures and completing all associated repair documentation accurately.
Road testing vehicles where required to confirm repairs have been completed to the highest standard.
Reporting any additional faults or repair requirements to the Workshop Controller.

To be a successful Vehicle Technician applicant:

Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician is essential.
Expereince working on Light Commercial Vehicles is preferred but not essential.
Ideally hold a formal qualification to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Must have your own tools.
