Are you an experienced Labourer / Site Cleaner?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Labourer / Building Site Cleaner to join a busy construction site team. This is a practical, hands-on role for a reliable individual who takes pride in keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised. A valid CSCS card is essential.

Qualifications
Essential:
Valid CSCS card
Previous building site cleaning, labouring or construction-site experience
Good awareness of site health and safety requirements
Desirable:
Experience working on construction or refurbishment projects
Own PPE
Roles & Responsibilities
Keep site welfare areas, walkways and work areas clean and tidy.
Remove rubbish and maintain designated waste and recycling areas.
Assist with general site housekeeping and maintain clear access routes.
Support the site management team with cleaning duties as required.
Ensure work areas remain presentable, organised and safe for all site personnel.
Follow instructions from the Site Manager and work safely at all times.
Report hazards, spillages, damaged materials or unsafe conditions promptly.
Use cleaning materials and equipment correctly and store them safely.
Work effectively alongside trades, labourers and subcontractors.
Maintain good timekeeping and a professional approach on site.
Wear the required PPE at all times.
Be flexible to support other general site duties when required.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Site Manager.
Requirements
As a Building Site Cleaner, you will also be expected to:
Arrive on time and be ready to work for the full shift.
Keep site areas clean throughout the day and at the end of each shift.
Communicate clearly with the Site Manager and the wider site team.
Health, Safety & Compliance
All workers are required to:
Hold and present a valid CSCS card before starting work.
Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others on site.
Follow all site rules, health and safety procedures and PPE requirements.
