Quality Assurance Manager – Bespoke Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire (hybrid)
Salary: £60,000–£70,000, depending on experience

We’re working with an established high-end joinery and interior fit-out specialist seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality from design through to manufacture and installation.

This role brings together the design, workshop and site teams. You’ll review information before it reaches production, monitor standards during manufacture and help keep projects on programme.

What you’ll be doing

Reviewing technical drawings and coordinating design reviews and site surveys.

Managing sample approvals and keeping project documentation up to date.

*

Preparing programmes and communicating progress across teams.

*

Coordinating the handover of drawing packages to the workshop and site.

*

Inspecting joinery during manufacture and addressing quality issues.

*

Working with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve project requirements.

*

Identifying variations and supporting the commercial team.

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience in high-end bespoke joinery and a sound understanding of how joinery is designed, manufactured and installed. You’ll be comfortable reading technical drawings, coordinating several moving parts and maintaining a close eye on detail.
