Sales & Customer Support Coordinator

Our client, a reputable Industrial Automation company located in St Albans, is seeking a dedicated Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and facilitating the sales process. Your responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal departments to drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer relationships.
* Proven experience in Customer Support or Customer Service roles within a technical or industrial environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience with order processing and entry systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
* Previous experience working in a sales support or administrative capacity is advantageous
* Knowledge of industrial automation products is a plus but not essential
