Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking for a new opportunity with excellent earning potential, no weekend working and the variety of working across multiple Bodyshops?

We’re recruiting for a Floating Panel Beater to join an established Bodyshop group, providing additional support across their sites throughout the Northwest.

🔧 A Genuine Roaming Role

This isn’t a role based at just one Bodyshop.

As the group’s Floating Panel Beater, you’ll travel between multiple sites across the Northwest, providing valuable additional support where it’s needed most.

You’ll be brought in to cover:

Sickness and unexpected staff shortages
Holidays and planned absences
Busy periods and increased workloads
Backlogs and additional repair demand
General additional support across the group’s Bodyshops
This is an ideal opportunity for a versatile and experienced Panel Beater who enjoys variety, is comfortable working at different locations and wants to play a key role in keeping Bodyshop operations running efficiently.

🔧 The Role

As a Panel Beater, your responsibilities will include:

Operating body alignment jigs
Carrying out panel straightening and repairs
Panel replacement and structural repairs
Welding and bonding vehicle structures
Removing and replacing complete body shells where required
Accurately identifying and listing parts required for repairs
Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Working safely and following manufacturer repair methods and procedures 

👨‍🔧 What We’re Looking For

Experienced Panel Beater with a strong background in accident repair
Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
ATA qualification advantageous but not essential
Able to work efficiently in a busy Bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your repairs
A professional approach with a focus on safety and high-quality workmanship 

💰 What’s On Offer?

Up to £50,000 per year + bonus
Comes with a car and fuel allowance

Monday to Friday – no weekend working
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
