We are looking for a finance professional eager to influence change and elevate their leadership career. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation's growth journey, taking charge of day-to-day financial operations while contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the daily finance function, encompassing cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing financial controls.
Generate meaningful management information, financial reports, and KPIs to support commercial and strategic decisions.
Partner with departmental managers to enhance business processes and drive operational performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop a small finance team.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Support broader business planning and financial strategy.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on finance professional who can blend strong technical skills with commercial insight. The following qualifications are preferred:
A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
Experience in an SME or privately-owned business environment.
Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with financial systems and process improvements.
