We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in our production and assembly processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities
Picking & packing boxed items
Safely moving of products within the facility.
Performing manual handling of materials, including lifting, stacking, and carrying items.
Efficiently putting items into designated boxes, following company guidelines.
Stacking pallets and organizing materials in a safe, orderly manner.
Conducting stock counting to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality control standards.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced role.
Experience with warehouse work, picking & packing, manual handling, pallet stacking, or similar tasks (preferred but not required).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product handling and stock counting.
Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements.
Day-to-Day
Begin with a team meeting to review the day’s priorities and safety guidelines.
Picking & packing, moving products to designated areas, using manual handling techniques and/or equipment.
Place items according to detailed instructions, checking for accuracy.
Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Organize pallets for shipment or storage in a neat, stable configuration.
Perform a stock count and log accurate inventory records in collaboration with the team.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout your shift, including tidying up pallets, boxes, and other materials.
The shift times are 08:00-17:000 Monday to Friday.
The basic pay is £12.71/h.
