The Opportunity
As Senior Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring teams have the resources, information and coordination they need to deliver exceptional service to clients.
You'll be involved in everything from document management and meeting coordination to supporting business development activities, project administration and commercial processes.
You'll be trusted to take ownership, identify solutions, and build strong working relationships across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality administrative support across multiple teams and projects
Preparing, formatting and managing professional documentation and reports
Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
Managing diaries, calendars and travel arrangements
Supporting project administration, financial processes and database management
Assisting with client communications, marketing initiatives and networking activities
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients
Supporting office operations and contributing to a positive team environment
Assisting with document control processes and project management systemsWhat We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and highly professional, with a genuine pride in delivering exceptional support.
Ideally, you will have:
Previous administration experience within a professional services, construction, engineering, architecture or consultancy environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, positive and team-oriented approachKnowledge of construction industry terminology would be advantageous but is not essential.
