Contracts Manager

An experienced Contracts Manager is required to oversee three school construction projects across Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Construction Director, you'll take ownership of contractual and commercial delivery while working closely with project teams, subcontractors and Department of Education stakeholders.

This is a senior, site-focused position suited to a Contracts Manager with significant building construction experience, ideally across schools, education or comparable large-scale projects.

The Role
 
As the Contracts Manager, you'll:

Oversee contractual and commercial delivery across three school construction sites.
Manage a substantial subcontractor and supply chain across multiple projects.
Ensure project programmes, contractual milestones and key deadlines are achieved.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage contractual issues throughout project delivery.
Represent the business in meetings with Department of Education stakeholders.
Work closely with Project Managers and report directly to the Construction Director.
Maintain high standards of health, safety and regulatory compliance across projects. About You
 
To be successful as the Contracts Manager - Schools Projects, you'll have:

10+ years' contracts management experience within building construction.
Proven experience delivering substantial projects with complex subcontractor packages.
Strong contractual, commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience managing multiple construction projects or sites simultaneously.
School or Department of Education project experience would be highly advantageous.
Residential or comparable large-scale building project experience may also be considered.
Strong understanding of construction health, safety and compliance requirements. What's in it for You?
€95,000–€110,000 salary.

Senior responsibility across three significant school construction projects. The role will be predominantly site based across the three projects, with travel to the head office as required. First-stage interviews can be held via Teams, with the option to progress directly to an on-site interview depending on availability.
