How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a Marketing Coordinator in Liverpool, you'll play a key role in supporting the marketing team to deliver campaigns and initiatives that drive footfall and customer engagement. This role in the retail industry ensures smooth coordination of local marketing activities, helping the business stay connected with its audience.

    Description

    Support the planning, coordination and delivery of local marketing campaigns for new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and key retail initiatives across multiple marketing channels.
    Coordinate integrated campaign activity, including paid social, paid search, PR, CRM, social media, out-of-home advertising, local media, community engagement and in-store marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
    Manage campaign schedules, creative briefs, marketing assets, media bookings and approval processes, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
    Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with store development programmes.
    Monitor and maintain campaign trackers, budgets, project documentation and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and future campaign success.Profile

    A successful Marketing Coordinator should have:

    Previous experience within a marketing, campaign coordination, retail marketing or agency environment, with a proven ability to manage and deliver multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
    Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet challenging deadlines.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience building effective relationships with internal teams, agencies and external partners at all levels.
    Commercially focused, with a good understanding of how local marketing initiatives contribute to customer acquisition, brand awareness, customer engagement and overall business performance.
    Proactive, enthusiastic and highly detail-oriented, with a passion for marketing and a commitment to developing expertise across a broad range of disciplines within a fast-paced retail environment.Job Offer
