Working cross-functionally across R&D, Production, and Purchasing, you will drive process improvements, manage non-conformances, and maintain top-tier compliance for high-spec engineering clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain, develop, and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
* Internal Auditing: Conduct regular internal audits across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations; support external compliance audits.
* Engineering Change Control: Manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs / ECRs) and oversee controlled technical documentation.
* Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Lead non-conformance investigations (NCR), customer returns (RMA), and implementation of CAPA using structured techniques (8D, 5-Why).
* Cross-Functional Quality Support: Collaborate directly with R&D, Electronics Production, and Purchasing to maintain high product reliability and client standards.
* ERP & Calibration: Utilise ERP/MRP systems for quality tracking and maintain equipment calibration schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience working within an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
* Strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), root cause analysis, CAPA, and non-conformance management.
* Excellent documentation, administrative, and Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong communication skills with experience working alongside Production and Engineering teams.
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Desirable Criteria:
* Background in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly
* Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
* Experience with PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA, or IPC standards
