Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is recruiting for day-to-day KS2 cover at a primary school in the NG12 area with great facilities and a supportive team. There may be an opportunity for the right teacher to stay on in a long-term placement.

Key responsibilities:

Teach pupils across Years 3 to 6.
Deliver engaging lessons and keep learning on track during staff absences.
Adapt your approach for pupils with SEND.
Build a positive classroom atmosphere and manage behaviour consistently.
Communicate with staff about the day’s learning and any support pupils need.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in UK schools.
Confidence working across the full KS2 age range.
Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping children progress.
An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
