This market leading company are a long-established specialist manufacturer of bespoke products within the Marine sector for a broad client base both in the UK and internationally. They are continually moving from strength-to-strength and due to this they are looking to expand their friendly Assembly team.

In this varied role you will follow engineering drawings and instructions to assemble parts for manufacturing projects, in addition to using hand tools and undertaking associated project based work such as testing and basic inspections. You will work within the tight-knit assembly team of 3 in addition to liaising with logistics, quality and other departments.

This permanent, local role would suit an Assembly Technician or similar looking for a days-based, Monday-Friday position within a long standing company who offer a nice work environment and a bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:
* Read and work from instructions and engineering drawings
* Assemble manufacturing parts
* Undertake inspections on completed parts and initial testing
* Be part of Assembly team of 3 and support logistics, quality and other departments
* Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

The Person:
* Assembly / Workshop Technician
* Manufacturing or similar background
* Commutable to Abingdon
