Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, an established and leading electrical installation specialist, is currently recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join their office team. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with warm CRM contacts, providing helpful information on electrical products, and coordinating schedules to book installation assessments for the senior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator:

Engaging with warm, existing CRM leads to follow up on installation inquiries
Providing clear, accurate information regarding EV charging options and solutions
Coordinating calendars and booking survey appointments for the engineering and sales team
Maintaining high standards of customer service and data accuracy in the CRM
Monitoring lead pipelines, following up promptly, and managing daily schedules

Skills Required for the Customer Service Coordinator:

Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) ideal for a proactive college leaver looking for a professional career starter
Previous phone, office, or retail customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
Strong communication skills and an excellent, professional telephone manner
Organised and able to manage schedules and calendars effectively
Quality-focused with a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable learning CRM systems, booking software, and basic office tech
