Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Sports Coach to join a secondary school in Dudley, supporting pupils across the school in PE lessons and wider sporting activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sport, physical activity and working with young people. The school welcomes applicants seeking full-time, part-time or flexible work, making this role suitable for experienced Sports Coaches, graduates, aspiring teachers and individuals with a strong sporting background.
The Role:
Supporting PE lessons and sporting activities across the secondary school.
Encouraging pupils to participate in physical activity and develop their sporting skills.
Supporting pupils both in and outside of lessons.
Promoting teamwork, confidence and positive behaviour.
Potentially supporting extracurricular clubs, fixtures and lunchtime activities.
Working alongside teaching staff to create a positive and engaging environment.The Ideal Candidate:
A genuine passion for sport and working with young people.
Any previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial.
Sports coaching, PE, school or youth work experience is desirable but not essential.
Graduates with a sporting background are encouraged to apply.
Reliable, enthusiastic and confident when working with pupils.
Able to build positive relationships with young people.
