Role overview:
Our Client is hiring a Senior SAP Business Analyst / Workstream Lead for a major European transformation programme, supporting complex change across cross-domain areas. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role where you'll lead design activities, translate business needs into clear technology outcomes, and guide a team of business analysts from insight through to delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Lead design activities and contribute expertise to complex, cross-domain topics
Drive and coordinate business analysis across the delivery lifecycle
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
Lead a team of business analysts and ensure quality of outputs
Support transformation work involving SAP as the primary technology platform, with connected custom-built applications for trading and shippingWhat you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Industry Consultant, with deep oil industry knowledge, particularly midstream
Strong ability to apply your expertise to complex change-bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity
Experience working effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC (with no expectation for you to configure or build)
Leadership capability to guide other business analysts and keep workstreams moving

Salary description
£600.00 - £700.00 per day
