Factory Operative

Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established warehouse team based at DIRFT, Crick. This is a hands-on, active role that's perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move and getting stuck in as part of a hardworking team.
You'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
The Role
Your duties will include:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Using handheld scanners to locate and manage stock
* Labelling products ready for dispatch
* Sorting stock and carrying out general warehouse duties
* Heavy lifting of items up to 20kg
* Moving around the warehouse throughout your shift
* Supporting the wider team and carrying out reasonable instructions from your line manager
This is a multi-skilled role, so you'll need to be happy turning your hand to different tasks throughout the day and working wherever support is needed.
