Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their growing team in York. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to develop their career within a premium automotive environment.
🚗 The Role You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles to high manufacturer standards, from routine servicing through to more complex diagnostic and repair work.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Complete work efficiently and accurately, aiming for first-time fixes
Follow manufacturer repair and servicing procedures
Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and technical developments🛠️ What We're Looking For
Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT licence preferred but not essential
Own tools
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
