What Are We Looking For?
You do not necessarily need previous Teaching Assistant experience to be considered.

We'd also be interested in graduates with experience through coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, volunteering or other activities involving young people.
What Could Your Role Involve?
Depending on the school and position, you could be supporting pupils in the classroom, working one-to-one with individual students, providing small-group intervention or assisting pupils with additional learning needs.
You may work alongside classroom teachers, pastoral teams and SEN staff, giving you a valuable insight into the different roles involved in supporting young people within a secondary school.
