Hours: Full Time (37 hrs per week Monday – Friday) or will consider Part Time

Key Skills Required:
Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
Excellent, phone and communication skills.

Strong IT skills including MS Office packages.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
A good general education including GCSEs in Mathematics and English (essential).
A Level 3 or above qualification in business administration / customer care (desirable).
At least two years administration experience (essential).
Some experience of working within the education sector (desirable).
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate work experience programmes with a range of schools / colleges.
Undertake employer engagement activities with businesses to provide work experience placements for students.
Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements are safe and suitable.
Assist the Operations Manager in quality assurance checks of work experience activities to agreed timetable.
