To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months’ recent experience working as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) within an NHS or Private Hospital in the UK.
Minerva Nursing is currently recruiting experienced Hospital Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support a private hospital in central London.
Due to increased demand, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable HCAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

The Role
As a Hospital Healthcare Assistant, you'll work alongside Registered Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support to patients
* Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, nutrition and hydration
* Take and record clinical observations where trained and competent
* Recognise and report changes in a patient's condition
* Maintain accurate patient documentation
* Support infection prevention and control procedures
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality
* Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies
* Deliver compassionate and professional patient care at all times
To be considered, you must have:
* Minimum 6 months’ recent UK hospital experience as a Healthcare Assistant
* Experience within an NHS or Private Hospital setting
* A caring, compassionate and professional approach
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working within a busy clinical environment
* The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A good understanding of patient dignity, confidentiality and safeguarding
* A flexible, reliable and positive approach to work
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
* Willingness and ability to complete the required compliance process within 7–10 days
