Warehouse Operative

Pertemps are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Northamptonshire. These are long-term temp-to-perm opportunities, offering job security, career progression, and the chance to develop valuable MHE and FLT skills.

Shift & PayAfternoon Shift

14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
£13.99 per hou
Overtime after 40 hours: £20.39 per hour

The Role
Picking and packing products accurately
Stock handling and inventory duties
Loading and unloading deliveries
General warehouse housekeeping
Manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting
Supporting wider warehouse operations
Following health and safety procedures at all time.   What we're looking for

Previous warehouse experience is essential
Strong work ethic and excellent reliability
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business
Flexibility to support occasional weekend working when required
Positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment
