This is a Monday to Friday role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work. A company vehicle is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with no shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding.
Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and associated plumbing systems.
General plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
Completing job reports and paperwork accurately.
Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within commercial maintenance.
Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
