Join our St Albans warehouse team

Love Lemonade is looking for an experienced, reliable and process-driven Warehouse Assistant to join its friendly team in St Albans.

You will pick, check and pack customer orders accurately, use warehouse management systems to process orders and help ensure every parcel reaches the customer in excellent condition.

Previous warehouse, picking, packing or fulfilment experience is essential. Applicants must live within, or be able to travel to the warehouse within, approximately 30 minutes.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

What you will be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Using warehouse management systems to process and update orders
Preparing, labelling and organising parcels for dispatch
Checking stock and product quality before orders leave the warehouse
Reporting shortages, damaged items and stock discrepancies
Following established processes and procedures consistently
Completing product checks and minor finishing work, including replacing crystals when required
Supporting stock handling, goods movement and general warehouse duties
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Suggesting improvements to accuracy and efficiency
What we are looking for

You must have previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, fulfilment or dispatch role.

You will also need to be:

Process-driven and able to follow procedures consistently
Confident using warehouse management systems
Reliable, punctual and responsible
Accurate and organised, even during busy periods
Comfortable completing practical, hands-on work
A clear communicator and supportive team member
Confident using basic Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to travel to the St Albans warehouse within approximately 30 minutes
What you will receive

£12.71-£14.00 per hour depending on experience
Full-time or part-time hours
Monday-to-Friday working
