Key Responsibilities
As a Waiter, you'll play an important role in delivering a polished and welcoming guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing professional, attentive service to guests and visitors.
Preparing the restaurant for service, including table settings, linen, silverware and mise-en-place.
Developing a strong knowledge of menus, food preparation and drinks.
Serving food and drinks accurately and at the correct time.
Responding to guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating where appropriate.
Keeping restaurant areas clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
Working closely with Restaurant Managers, Sommeliers and other departments.
Running your section efficiently and maintaining excellent organisation.
Supporting other areas of the hotel when required.
