The Position - Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant
A welcoming and well-established two-form-entry primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Nursery provision as soon as possible. You will be working with children aged 3-4 years old, supporting their learning, development and day-to-day activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The successful Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant will work closely with the Nursery teacher and wider EYFS team to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will support children through play-based learning, help develop their communication and social skills, and encourage their confidence, independence and curiosity.The school is looking for someone who is warm, patient, caring and proactive, with a genuine passion for working with children in the early years. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or an equivalent qualification is essential. Previous experience working within a Nursery, EYFS or early years setting would be highly desirable.
