Your New Role
Coordinating and monitoring shipments, deliveries, and collections.
Processing transport documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
Tracking orders and providing updates on delivery schedules.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.
Managing logistics queries and resolving issues promptly.
Updating and maintaining ERP, transport, or warehouse management systems.
Producing reports and ensuring data accuracy.
Supporting stock control and inventory administration.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations.
Providing general administrative support to the operations team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous experience within a logistics, transport, supply chain, distribution, or administrative environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience using transport management systems, WMS, or ERP systems would be advantageous.
