Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Northwest London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, Year-round
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year, dependent on experience
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a small, nurturing and creative early years setting in Northwest London.

The nursery provides a warm and supportive environment where children learn through play, strong relationships and imaginative experiences. The setting places a strong focus on developing children's curiosity, confidence and creativity through art, music, storytelling and child-led play.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Act as a Key Person and build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Support children's individual learning and development through observations and assessments.
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Promote children's health, safety and wellbeing at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and nursery procedures. Essential Requirements
A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
Confidence supporting children's individual learning and progress.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and children's welfare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Warm, reliable and enthusiastic, with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team. Desirable
Previous experience working within an early year setting.
Paediatric First Aid qualification, or willingness to complete training.
Experience with observations, assessments and planning.
Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs.
