What you'll be doing
* Leading the delivery of Building Management Systems across multiple regional buildings projects
* Managing BMS design development, coordination and technical assurance activities
* Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, supply chain partners and project teams
* Overseeing BMS commissioning, testing and handover processes
* Ensuring integration with HVAC, lighting, energy management, security and life safety systems
* Supporting digital building strategies, smart building initiatives and sustainability objectives
Who we're looking for
* Proven experience in BMS design, controls engineering, or building automation systems
* A track record of managing complex BMS design projects within industrial, commercial or critical environments
* Strong understanding of HVAC controls, energy management systems, smart buildings and integrated building technologies
* Knowledge of industry-standard BMS platforms and control systems
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering standards
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
* A degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering or a related discipline
* Professional accreditation or membership of a relevant engineering institution is desirable
