They are also very experienced in refurbishing properties with a listing and understand the intricacies and attention to detail needed. They have several long-term members of staff in the company, who have started with the company at a junior level and progress up the ranks into their current capacity. They rarely make external appoints past an intermediate level, preferring to promote from within.

Role: Project Manager
* A Project Manager will typically be responsible for two projects simultaneously, with each project well-resourced with a robust and experienced delivery and commercial team, with additional support from the leadership team. The successful candidate will initially take the lead of a £7m high-quality refurbishment of a private residence and basement excavation. This project is about to commence on site, it’s a nice introduction to the company as there is only the basement sub-contractor on site for the first few months.
* At the end of the year, they will pick up a £6m fit out of a penthouse, with both projects in prominent locations in London.
* Candidates need to have a background working in the high-end residential sector, and have gained experience leading basement excavations, refurbishments through to bespoke, high-quality internal finishes

£75000.00 - £85000.00 per year
