Receptionist

Are you an organised and approachable Receptionist who enjoys creating a positive first impression? Join a busy office environment where you'll provide professional front-of-house and administrative support while delivering an excellent experience for visitors and colleagues.

In the Receptionist role you will be:

Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages

Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service

Assisting with light office or showroom duties, including preparing refreshments and keeping communal areas tidy

Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Maintaining a friendly, organised and efficient reception environment

To be successful, you will need:

Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A professional, approachable and positive manner

The ability to multitask in a busy environment

Reliability, punctuality and strong organisational skills
This is a temporary position starting the 1st October for approximately 6 weeks. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00 with an hours lunch. You'll be working in offices based in the Llandudno area, and on an hourly rate of £12.71 + holiday accrual and weekly pay.
