Sales Planner / Analyst

What You Will Do:

- Forecast industry and performance outcomes (retail and wholesale) on a monthly and annual basis for the UK market

- Produce a weekly sales forecast covering motorcycles, GMA and Apparel, ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Support strategic business planning and board-level preparation with polished presentations and meaningful analysis

- Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify trends, and recommend actions to strengthen performance

- Build and maintain a management reporting suite for dealer performance, stock indents, and sales intelligence

- Partner with stakeholders to update territory mapping, drive sell-in/sell-out reporting, and improve reporting templates

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in an analytical role, with confidence handling complex data and turning it into simple, actionable outputs

- Strong reporting capability, including forecasting and performance analysis, with a high attention to detail

- Experience with market and competitor analysis, and the ability to spot patterns that lead to better decisions

- Confidence working in a high-pressure environment, balancing multiple reporting deadlines

- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience presenting insights to internal and external audiences
