We're looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and who can maintain a professional, positive and caring approach in the classroom. Roles can involve providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEN, as well as working with small groups across both mainstream educational settings.
Every pupil is different, so you will build a wealth of experience. You'll play an important role in understanding individual needs, providing tailored support and helping children develop their confidence, independence and learning.

We're looking for candidates with:
Previous experience supporting children within UK primary schools
The ability to provide effective 1:1 and small-group support
Specialist experience with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural needs or learning difficulties is desirable
A patient, understanding and nurturing approach
The ability to adapt to different school environments and individual pupil requirements
