This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant, Dynamics 365 Consultant.
What you’ll be doing
Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues
Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients
Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries
Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience
What you’ll bring
Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
Experience troubleshooting integrations
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
Desirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
