The rate of pay is up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
Your Time at Work
As a Recruitment Coordinator your key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting both temporary and permanent employees
- Making and answering telephone calls
- Arranging and scheduling candidate interviews
- Conducting site inductions for new starters
- Completing daily shift check-ins at 6:00am and 2:00pm
- Managing employee absences
- Arranging cover for holidays and sickness absence
- Replacing leavers and maintaining staffing levels
- Updating recruitment and personnel records
- Providing administrative support to the onsite operation

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident communicator and comfortable speaking to groups
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including- Excel, Word, Outlook + PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, coordination, HR, or administration role
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
