We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client’s busy production team based in Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking for an, ongoing position working Monday to Friday.
Location: Aston Clinton, near Aylesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday 14:30pm to 23:00pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour, holiday pay accrued, PAYE Contract
The Role
As a Production Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
Working efficiently as part of a busy production line
Handling products as they move through the production process
Checking products and labels to ensure they meet the required standards
Packing finished items into boxes from the production line
Loading and unloading items from the production line
Carrying out quality checks and identifying any issues or discrepancies
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
Following company procedures, production processes and health & safety guidelines
Working as part of a team to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
Ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Previous production or manufacturing experience
A good level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
A good understanding of workplace health and safety
You must be comfortable working on a production line and carrying out repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of accuracy throughout your shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work with consistent hours.
