Prince Personnel are working with a well-established business, based in Oswestry, who are looking for a fully qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This will be a pivotal role within their finance team where you will get exposure to strategic decision-making and business-wide operations. For the right candidate there is a clear and exciting progression pathway to being a finance leader in their highly successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

* Work closely with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance

* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements

* Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement across finance operations

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness. You will be an excellent communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach. We are looking for someone with a desire to develop and take on senior responsibilities and leadership.
