Dynamite Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established desk and help us build the next stage of our Technical division.
This isn't a cold start. You'll inherit existing clients across the UK, established relationships and a warm desk, but there is still huge potential to develop it further.
We're looking for someone with fire in their belly who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment. Someone disciplined, proactive and confident winning new business, developing existing accounts and spotting opportunities for growth.
There is significant scope across permanent and contract recruitment, with the opportunity to expand into new areas of the Technical market.

What we're looking for:

Proven Technical/Engineering recruitment experience
Strong 360 recruitment and business development skills
A track record of building client relationships and revenue
Commercial, disciplined and self-motivated
Ambition to lead and develop others
Someone who wants to build, not simply maintain, a desk  
Where could it lead?
Our ambition is for this person to grow the technical division and build a team around them, progressing into a Divisional Manager role as the desk develops.
You'll have the platform, existing business and support, we're looking for someone with the drive to take it further.
