Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the financial services industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the mortgage lending sector, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join their vibrant team in London. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing innovative financial solutions and generating valuable sales leads.
Tailor sales pitches to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring effective communication of product features, benefits, and pricing.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and provide valuable feedback on calling strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role with proven existing client relationships, ideally with exposure to both B2B environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Prior experience in mortgage or real estate is a strong asset.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively engage prospects.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
A positive attitude, vibrant personality, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
