Alternative Education Provision | 27.5 hours per week | Term Time Only

Are you an experienced youth worker or children's residential practitioner looking for a role where you can make a real difference - without shift work or weekends?

We're looking for someone with resilience, empathy, and a great sense of humour to join our alternative education provision, supporting young people from Year 7 upwards who need a different approach to learning and personal development.

The role

You'll work with students, primarily Year 7 and above, helping them to engage in education, develop social and emotional skills, and achieve positive outcomes. Every day is different, and your ability to connect, encourage and inspire will be at the heart of what you do.
