Buy It Direct is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. As our Appliances, Better Bathrooms, Furniture123 and Laptops businesses continue to grow, we’re expanding our Home Delivery & Installation team in Crawley.
We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team, delivering white goods, electrical items and furniture directly to customers' homes.
You'll work 40 hours across 4 days, with shifts starting at 5:30am. Finish times will vary depending on the day's delivery schedule and when the route is completed. Your working days will be scheduled between Monday and Friday, with occasional weekend work required during peak periods.
For those with the right attitude and technical mindset, there is a clear progression pathway into an Electrical Driver Installer role, no previous installation experience required.
We’ll provide full training. You bring the drive to learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering goods safely using a 3.5-tonne vehicle
Completing deliveries independently or as part of a two-person crew, depending on the delivery
Providing a professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
Completing digital paperwork and delivery records accurately
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
Handling appliances and electrical goods safely
Are you:
A dependable and safety-conscious driver
Customer-focused with great communication skills
Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Keen to develop technical skills and build a long-term career
What We’re Looking For
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
Delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation skills
