The Role
Connect2Dorset is recruiting a Provision Lead to join Dorset Council's SEND Service. This is an excellent opportunity to support children and young people with SEND, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.
Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.
Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
✅ Experience working with children and young people with SEND
✅ Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes
✅ Strong case management and organisational skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Salary description
£280.00 - £280.00 per day
