Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich.
This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of aluminium components for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness
* Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications
* Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy
* Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required
* Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organised working environment
About You
* Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication
* Aluminium welding and fabrication experience
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Experience working with aluminium fabrication
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good time management and organisational skills
What's on Offer
* Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
* Overtime available at enhanced rates
* 40-hour working week – Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
