Role & Responsibilities
Dealing with customer enquiries
Responsible for processing orders and collections of equipment.
Liaising with drivers and engineers
Planning transport for deliveries and collections
Proactively working with all departments
Updating a range of IT systems
Full training on product range will be given
Requirements
Hire desk experience is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Office based customer service and admin experience
