A well-established agricultural business with a strong reputation within the industry, this organisation provides a wide range of services and solutions to support farmers and agricultural customers.

Key Duties:
Working in the Service Team to manage and book services and maintain maintenance schedules as well as assist on warranty claims and processes.

* Answering and responding to calls and messages on Depot
* Overseeing the telematics systems to maintain service schedules
* Work with managers and team members across both the accounts and service teams. Including working with Service Managers on claims and unresolved issues
* Process warranty inputs and claims and administer extended warranties where appropriate
* Generating weekly and monthly reports
* Assist with administration duties such as clock cards and holiday requests

Person Profile/Experience:
* Experience within Administration (preferably within a Service or Maintenance Background)
* Ideally Automotive / HGV / Plant / Agricultural background - however all Service Experience Considered
* Agricultural Industry awareness - some basic knowledge of the Farming and Agricultural world. (Types of machinery and their uses / prominent brands etc)
