About This Role
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team, providing person-centred support to a gentleman in his 60s with complex clinical needs in his family home.
He enjoys watching football, western movies and Star Trek, as well as spending time outdoors and sitting outside when the weather is nice. He enjoys companionship and having someone around who can encourage him, engage in conversation and share in the things he enjoys.
As part of his care team, you’ll play an important role in supporting him to enjoy the things he loves, while promoting his independence, comfort and quality of life. You’ll provide companionship, encouragement and meaningful interaction, as well as supporting him to get out into the community and take part in activities that are important to him.
Alongside providing this person-centred support, you will also assist with his complex clinical needs and manage his clinical interventions, ensuring his care is delivered safely, respectfully and in line with his individual care plan.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
* Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
* Have the right to work in the UK*
* Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
* Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
