DAY CARE ASSISTANT – THORNBURY, BRISTOL
Salary: £13.55 per hour (£13.75 per hour with a relevant NVQ)
Hours: 30 or 36 hours per week
Shift: Day shifts
Weekends: Alternate weekends required

Previous Care Assistant experience is essential. You will need to have a caring, compassionate and reliable approach, along with good communication and teamwork skills.

The position offers £13.55 per hour, increasing to £13.75 per hour with a relevant NVQ, along with a 10% weekend enhancement. There are 30 or 36 hours per week available and this is a permanent position with a consistent day-shift pattern.
NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT – BRISTOL, BS35
Salary: £13.55 per hour (£13.75 per hour with an NVQ)
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Rota: 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next
Weekends: Alternate weekends required

We are seeking an experienced Night Care Assistant to provide person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night.
You will help ensure residents' comfort, dignity and wellbeing while working as part of a supportive care team.

EXPERIENCED CARE TEAM LEADER – THORNBURY
Salary: £28,116.80 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift: 3 long days one week, 4 long days the next
Weekends: Alternate weekends on a monthly rota

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer, Care Team Leader or experienced Care Assistant looking to progress their career.
You will lead and support the care team on shift, promote high-quality person-centred care and help ensure residents live safely, comfortably and independently.
The role involves leading, supervising and supporting the care team, delivering person-centred care, developing and reviewing individual care plans and promoting residents' independence, dignity and choice.
You will also take responsibility for the residential unit in the absence of the senior manager, support safe staffing levels and the day-to-day running of the home, work alongside nurses, families and healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate care records.
An NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care is essential. Previous Team Leader, Senior Carer or relevant experienced Care Assistant experience is required, along with strong leadership and communication skills and a caring, compassionate and professional approach.
The position offers £28,116.80 per annum, a 10% weekend enhancement and a 50% Bank Holiday enhancement.
